new California transplant in our area is playing a poor quality electronic coyote call for hours. Dogs including mine are barking up a storm. I do not want to alienate him, but he apparently thinks his 20 acres can let him do anything.
Is there a way to address this?
I could show him how to be more effective, but he will likely be offended.
