does the “there are no weapon/caliber restrictions” cover a ‘night/day’ scope for nuisance animals?. Is it legal to use a night scope that works either day or night for deer hunting during legal shooting hours. I am 70 years old and the night scope would help verify legal size antlers during very low light conditions during early and late legal shooting times.
